The Clear – the New OJ?
It’s hard to believe that Barry Bonds has not been indicted yet. I understand that the prosecutors are having a hard time since most of the key witnesses are refusing to testify, but I would have thought that they had enough evidence to get an indictment by now. If this guy gets off, it will be a travesty of the system along the same lines of another athlete who managed to get away with … well, murder (although Bonds is figurative).
