Which Should I Display?

Which Should I Display?

We are having a small art exhibit at work, and I am submitting a few pictures to be displayed. I can have two pictures and I know that I am going to use my shot of the Amur Leopard as my first, but I’m trying to figure out what the second should be. Alternately, I could print smaller versions and combine them into an 8×10 collage.

What pictures are your favorites/do you think would be the best choice(s) for me to print and frame?
1. Glory, 2. I’m Ready for My Close-Up, Now, 3. Artsy Marty, 4. Look into my eyes…, 5. Not even a posing fee, 6. Vogue., 7. Very Cool, Despite the Name*, 8. Twelve Spots, No Waiting, 9. Being Coy, 10. You Don’t Mind If I Take a Break, Do You?, 11. Unquestionable Beauty, 12. Catbird in the Mist

  • Of those, I’m partial to the praying mantis, but you should also consider the great blue heron you posted recently, the “I am so going to kill that travel agent” guy. That’s a great photo and also very humorous.

  • I agree with Michael, the mantis is damn good.

  • I love your warbler shots, but you don’t have any of them listed! So, your Harlequin would be my second suggestion!

  • Thanks for the picks. My mantis shot was higher up in my list, and it seems that might be the favorite.

Tom, thanks for the kind words about my warbler shots – I have something planned for them, but I just need to get the time to finish it up.

  • I’m not really a bug person, but damn, I like your mantis! I also really like the Vogue one, the ground and background complement the bird very well. It’s cool that you get some of your photos displayed at work.

Oh, and I wouldn’t go for the collage idea. It would show more of your diverse abilities, but your photos look awesome huge so don’t take that away from the viewers. 🙂
