Two weeks ago, I was lamenting how I had never seen a buckeye, satyr or nymph (butterflies, that is). Then I saw my first (and second and third…) buckeyes at Longwood Gardens. So, I went out this past weekend to Palmyra – and found several more. Suddenly, ‘common’ seems very true. And I still want to see more.
