		<description>What a chump. The guy is clearly a moron.

On the flipside, I am so glad not to work in customer service anymore. I used to do support for Dell laptops over the phone, and I'm sure they give this guy a line of BS about what's going on and that's all they tell him, leaving him to fend for himself. 

Of course, I did a much better job of fending for myself than that, but still ... it's better, from the company's perspective, to have some low-level tech look stupid than to have him telling customers how unsafe their products are.</description>
