		<description>Nice writeup -- and the situation is so typical.

1. Client doesn't listen to experts' recommendations, even though they hired them for their expertise.
2. Experts do a ridiculous amount of work to accomplish client's ridiculous request.
3. Clients see the result and agree with the experts' initial assessment.
4. The design is scrapped, wasting development time and client money. Client finally goes with experts' initial recommendation.</description>
