Back from Atlanta

It took me a much-too-long 6 months, but I finally saw my nephew this past weekend. Caleb is an adorable little kid, even if he does wake up 3-4 times a night.

You can tell that my sister and brother-in-law are being run ragged, but they seem to be dealing pretty well, all things considered. I got to see their new home – or at least the house that they are going to be staying in while theirs is being built – and I got to see the view that they are going to have when their house is complete. I’m more than a little jealous – it’s just about what I would want if I was building my dream house – wooded lot with few neighbors with a view overlooking a lake that only allows electric or manually-powered boats. I can imagine that it will be a place to be proud of when they are done.

I’m glad that I got down there – although now I have a TON of stuff to catch up on…
