Longest … Project … Ever.
I have to hand it to my wife – she is quite the trooper. Our ‘weekend’ project has now spanned more than a week, but the end product is going to be 100x better than if I had been in charge. Not only has she put in 75% of the effort (mostly because she works from home, but also because she kicks butt), but her insistence that we do it right instead of just ‘getting the fricking thing done’ (my choice) is going to pay off in spades. It still needs to be all put together tonight, but when it’s done, it will be great. My wife is the awesomest – now, if I can only get her to agree that we need a bar…
